Barry's Sunday Service 21/02/21
Something to read and ponder about while dunking a biscuit (that's a "cookie" for my Mericun chums) into a cup of tea on a Sunday.
So, lets get into it...
TIP / OPINION / WHAT I DID
Couple of things today.
Firstly, something I bang on about with frequent regularity...
Use what you buy.
We all have made those shiny object purchases but I am amazed at how many people don't even log-in and use what they buy (or even look at it).
I had one clown request a refund for a done for you funnel he bought last year because the "training was all done on live webinars at 1am"
Wat bloody training? What bloody webinars? He has clearly confused my product with someone else's but, he would know that if had been bothered to even log in and access the thing!
In fact, the peddlers of shite (you probably know a few of the names) kind of rely on the fact that a majority of people will not get round to accessing their purchase or the refunds would be through the bloody roof.
When it comes to courses. Put the training into action. Not just for a day or two but give it a sustained campaign. You will find out one of three things...
1. The method works (yippee - keep doing it)
2. The method doesn't work (you still learned something)
3. It kind of works but you don't enjoy it (why do something you hate?)
When it comes to software tools, it is a different story.
Do the thing they help you to do!
But there is more... Find other ways to use them by thinking laterally.
I picked up a software tool last November that I have used extensively...but not for it's designed purpose.
Some people will get Vidnami for the new feature this week (see "Weekly Round Up" below for details) and find they will use it in ways that they haven't even thought of yet.

My next thing is to try to add the human touch into your digital marketing world.
Working remotely, not actually meeting our customers and newsletter subscribers we can sometimes fall into a "remote" mindset.
A couple of days ago, I had a customer take the time to email me and thank me. He had been trying to make a profit from working online for some months (and getting nowhere) when he picked up a product of mine. He got to work and not only did he make his first online dollars, he is now making money regularly and scaling things up.
I don't take credit for that. It was him, not me, who did the work.
The point is he took the time to email me.
An offline example...
My wife had her first Covid-19 shot last Friday. Before we set off, she went and bought some chocolates from our local bakery.
When she came out of the vaccination centre, she grabbed the chocolates from the car and gave them to the staff to share as a thank you for being so happy, caring and professional.
Jabbing someone with something sharp is normally a fairly thankless task. You could see by the look on their faces that it brightened their day.
Just taking the time to think and reach out is very powerful. Not for any reward apart from the good vibes that you can create in others.
There. Good advice for a Sunday
Last week round up
(Another) Vidnami Celebratory Flash Sale
Vidnami rolled out a VERY cool feature this week (it's live in your account if you have one). Now you can record a "presenter" video live inside your Vidnami dashboard.
Previously, you would have to record one and upload it. What is also cool is that it automatically transcribes your video, puts the text underneath and "magically" synchs it to your voice. Then you can also add video clips (your own or theirs) where you want them and, of course, choose the perfect background music from thousands of tracks (that is sorted automatically too).
And, of course, there is 40% off Vidnami for life to celebrate this new feature.

Coming Up
I have a quick internal offer coming along in the week. Ideal for those who bought my DFY funnel in the personal development niche. Watch out for that
That's all for now.
Another one next week!
Oh...and thank you for reading down this far!
Speak soon,
